Thank you for choosing FARRIER U.  Now that you have decided to take the first step into your new career, please complete the Student Application Packet (see link below) and submit to our office via USPS (mail) or email.


Please be sure to include your deposit when submitting your completed application.  This deposit will reserve your spot in the course you select.


We encourage you to include a 1st and 2nd request of course dates on page 2 of your student application.  To ensure you obtain your desired course start date, you may contact our office for availability prior to submitting your application.

Tuition

  • Professional Farrier Course          $ 6,000.00

    (4 week course)


  • Introductory Course                        $ 4,000.00

     ( 2 week course)


  • Part-Time Course                              $ 7,500.00

     (2 sessions @ 2 weeks = $3,750.00)


A $350.00 deposit is required to reserve student's spot in each class.  Tuition balance will be due on or before the first day of class.


Financial Aid is not available.


Cashier's Check, Money Order, Debit, VISA and MasterCard accepted.  Personal checks are accepted for DEPOSIT ONLY.

Admission Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older while attending


  • High School Graduate or GED recipient

  • Be in good general health and physical health, coordination and agility, sight and hearing - physical ability plays a very important role

  • Have a good sense of horsemanship background

NOTE -  We highly recommend and encourage students to have their own means of transportation on and off school premises for personal use after school hours.
